Great news, gamers! The Gamers Development Conference is back! The long-awaited conference is back for yet another session, and Seascape will be exhibiting live at the event. The meeting is scheduled from the 21st of March 2022 to the 25th of March 2022, so get ready!

This might come across as confusing to some of you reading this; you might even wonder what the fuss is about. Well, you’re in luck because I’ll be giving you some insight into the world of GDC and what it entails.

About the Game Developers Conference (GDC)

If you’re finding out about the Game Developers Conference first, you must be a newbie to game development. According to the GDC official webpage, “GDC is the game industry’s premier professional event, championing game developers and advancing their craft. The Game Developers Conference (GDC) brings the game development community together to exchange ideas, solve problems, and shape the industry’s future across five days of education, inspiration, and networking.”

It is a gathering place for the game development community to share innovative ideas and exciting news with the gaming world. Consider it the Comic-Con of the game development world. This year, you even have some world-famous tech companies as sponsors, including Amazon, Adobe, Unity Technologies, and many more! This event, held in the Golden Gate City of San Francisco, is unquestionably the year’s biggest most significant gaming industry.

Now, Seascape has agreed to join the club to share some of their most exciting news. The launch of their new game, Blocklords, which will be displayed in collaboration with their partner studio, MetaKings, will be at the top of Seascape’s list of exciting news. Aside from the big news, they will also share their IDO projects and games with the community.

This year’s GDC will be focusing on the growing era of Gamefi. GameFi combines enjoyable gaming experiences with financial elements, enabling individuals to explore easy-to-play and straight games while earning NFTs as rewards.

Seascape’s Participation in the GDC

Seascape will be on hand to demonstrate the platform to the broader gaming community and answer any questions about their games and the future of Play-2-Earn gaming and NFTs. They will even go so far as to provide case studies and demos of Moonscape, Scape Forum, and Zombie Farm and give away tons of Scapes and assist newcomers in setting up their first wallets. It’s going to be an exciting adventure!

If you’re going to be at the GDC in San Francisco, keep an eye out for the Seascape team and show some love. Also, stay tuned for the release of the new AAA launch game, Blocklords. This is one game you don’t want to miss!
